Hailing from Seoul, South Korea, Yeri Hye’s musical journey germinated at a young age. At 15, the artist and her family migrated to New Zealand to galvanize her passion for music. After completing her education, including fashion design studies at Auckland University, Yeri Hye decided to chase her artistic aspirations. She joined a performing arts school, where she delved into a diverse range of dance styles, from ballet to hip hop, honing her skills and expanding her creative horizons.
Her dedication led her to explore various dance forms, from ballet and tap to jazz, hip-hop, and contemporary. Upon graduating from Auckland Performing Arts School, Yeri Hye’s hunger for artistic growth led her to Sydney, where she honed her skills at Brent Street Performing Arts School.
