Los Angeles, CA – Produced by Warner Songwriter & 2x Grammy Nominee Natalia Bortolotti (Justin Bieber, Dua Lipa, Demi Lovato, Katy Perry, & Post Malone), Los Angeles & Honolulu based artist Sara Beth Yurow is releasing her debut single “Twenty One Night Stands” this July. Originally from Hawaii, Sara Beth’s song is the first of two that will culminate in the release of her debut EP “Mischievous” next year.
Set to be released July 28th, 2023 “Twenty One Night Stands” is a deceptively wholesome electropop piece in its intense, sensual telling of a man who leaves his troubled past behind for a better future. Sparked by an intimate conversation, Sara Beth’s initial inspiration came while on the 720 LA Metro down Wilshire Blvd to her job in nursing in the middle of the pandemic.
In her own words ”Twenty One Night Stands” shows:
“that you can fully heal after being broken. That you don’t have to STAY damaged goods. No one chooses to break, but it’s a choice to stay that way. And I don’t say that lightly. “Twenty One Night Stands” is all about having a past you’re not particularly proud of, but coming back from it, and going on to be a whole, fulfilled person. Seeing it happen with my own eyes is one of the most beautiful things I’ve ever witnessed,”.
Influenced and compared to artists such as Avril Lavigne, Paramore, & Evanescence Sara Beth marries pop with edge, bringing sassy, strong vocals and an impactful chorus. Says Earmilk, the lyrics are “relatable and heartwarming. The production is quite eclectic and dynamic.” Deep, expressive, and alluring, she “envelops us little by little” (Plan Arteria).
After performing throughout her childhood in Honolulu, Sara Beth moved to Los Angeles in 2018 where she was a guest artist at multiple venues including Cantor’s Deli’s infamous Kibitz Room and The Professional Women’s Network before the pandemic lockdown forced Sara Beth to focus more on songwriting and music production. It was during this time that she appeared on Guitaro5000’s YouTube Series “Sing With Me”, now with over half a million views, and met Natalia Bortolotti, who produced “Twenty One Night Stands” in Los Angeles.
Starting July 28th, “Twenty One Night Stands” is streaming on all platforms.
