Grace Pettis’ Debut Single, “Landon”, for MPress

I am excited to share with you Grace Pettis’ debut single for MPress Records, “Landon”, a true story-song written as an unabashed apology from the artist to her gay best friend for not being there when he came out.
Deconstructing bias with each masterfully poetic lyric, Pettis puts her own youthful, “traditional” values under the microscope, and the result is a transcendently beautiful testament to the power of change, forgiveness, and the inner strength that comes from standing firm in who you are. Listen to “Landon” Here. And enjoy the accompanying video “Landon” Video

I am hoping you will consider reviewing her single and/or interviewing her.

Grace has been steadily garnering attention for several years. Her highly acclaimed independently released records, Grace Pettis (2009), Two Birds (2012), and the acoustic EP, Blue Star in a Red Sky (2018), have garnered praise from top-notch magazines, newspapers, and radio. She is also a member (along with Rebecca Loebe and BettySoo) of the Americana/folk-pop trio Nobody’s Girl, recently featured on NPR Music.

In lieu of tour dates this Spring, Pettis is performing a series of “Weekly Webcast” live stream concerts every Friday at 7:30 pm Central on her Facebook page: www.facebook.com/gracepettismusic/

I hope to hear from you soon! Let’s keep the music coming!
