Jose Lucas to Release His New Single “Close to You” for the First Time since 2017
Jose Lucas’ third single “Close to You” will be released on May 31. This is the first time since 2017 and the first time with his own label, LME.
José Lucas started his musical career as a classical guitarist with a Masters degree from The Royal College of Music in Stockholm. While productive in its own right, it wasn’t quite the right fit for him. He made the decision to be an artist, songwriter, and producer after the exam.
With cuts in Belgium, UK, and the USA, to various artists including Pitbull, he finally found his calling in guitar-based deep house music/pop. This quickly became a home for him and allowed him to explore the still-developing genre with the freedom of artistic expression and the sophistication that only a classical music education could provide.
