ABOUT

Frannie grew up playing the Metis style Fiddle at age 8, along with her late Grandfather Frankie Desjarlais Sr.  It wasn’t till Frannie’s mid-teens where she’d asked her mother to teach her how to play the guitar.  From there, she started singing alongside the 3 chords she knew.  At 18, she played her first bar show with a friend. 10 years later, she’s got a growl and a rasp in her voice that only a seasoned singer can withhold.
