Los Angeles, CA – July 31, 2024 – Steven Borden, known to fans as DJ Steve Nice, has launched a GoFundMe campaign to raise $3,500 to replace his DJ equipment. Steven, a talented DJ with years of experience, recently faced financial hardships that resulted in the loss of his essential DJ gear.
Earlier this year, Steven encountered a challenging period marked by incarceration for reckless driving. During this time, he fell behind on the payments for his storage unit, which held all his DJ equipment. Consequently, the storage facility auctioned off his equipment, leaving Steven without the tools needed to pursue his passion. Additionally, Steven’s vehicle was auctioned off separately.
Despite these setbacks, Steven remains determined to rebuild and continue sharing his love for music with his audience. The funds raised will go directly towards purchasing new DJ equipment, including turntables, a mixer, a laptop, and other essential items.
“DJing has always been more than just a job for me; it’s a way to connect with people and bring joy through music,” said Steven. “I’m incredibly grateful for any support to help me get back on my feet and back to doing what I love.”
