KWCR is a completely student-run radio station operated out of Weber State University in Ogden, Utah. Our DJs are trained by the student staff and then set loose on the mixer boards in the station. We play mostly the cream of the crop of the Indie genre (it's our opinion so it's the best opinion) and we branch out to other genres our specialty show DJs dig into. It's like having those algorithm-generated stations but this one has a personal input. Based in Ogden, Utah, our station covers news, sports and other topics relevant to the area. Weber State University sporting events are also broadcast live in conjunction with our Weber Media Partners, Studio 76.
