Hailing from the east side, specifically Saint Clair Avenue, BMK’s roots are intertwined with the legendary Bone Thugs-n-Harmony. In a recent interview, he shared insights into his musical journey and the influences that have shaped him.
BMK draws inspiration from a diverse range of artists, citing Lil Wayne, Gucci Mane, Lil Durk, and Future as his biggest musical influences. His musical style, a fusion of trap, rap, and hip-hop, is coined as #KlvnMusic by him and his crew. According to BMK, this genre is one of a kind, setting him apart in the crowded music landscape.
The artist’s latest EP, “God Mode,” delves into his identity as a 5 percenter, showcasing his versatility. BMK has collaborated with notable names like MoMoneyMoo, Los&Nutty from Detroit, and frequently works with King Fooliano, Mademan7714, I90 Boski, and 200Playzz under his own label, where he holds the CEO position.
