R&B artist, Queen Logic, releases her highly anticipated new single, ‘In Between Part 2’ which is a sequel to her previous hit single, ‘In Between.’
‘In Between Part 2’ gives men an in-depth look of how a woman thinks and feels when she is committed to her lover. The lyrics express how a woman expects her romance to flourish as well as pinpoints unfavorable qualities a woman can possess when she is feeling insecure about her relationship and lover. “The main focus of the song is for the queen to simply show how she values herself and her king, and what’s required to move forward with her,” said Queen Logic.
This new single is bitter sweet for Queen Logic as she had taken a hiatus from her music career to pursue nursing. She earned her nursing degree and became a licensed practical nurse, in the midst of the global pandemic. “I sacrificed performing, got writers block and more to walk in my purpose of being a nurse,” said Queen Logic. “The Covid-19 pandemic confirmed the timing was right to fulfill my destiny in the nursing field and I have no regrets. However, I am ready to get back to making music.”
