Hey 2Four so excited to be chatting with you! Can you tell us a little bit about yourself?
Thank you! And my story isn’t too dramatic or anything honestly. I’m just a guy born and raised in Nashville,TN with a passion for music and creative things. Growing up it was all sports and music for me so I could always see myself doing what I do now. I just channel everything that is within and what I see and music is just a blank canvas for me to get it all out.
Where did your love of music come from?
At an early age I was always listening to music and engaged in how it made me feel. When I was a kid my dad exposed me to different music genres and styles and it just grew that feeling of how music is so influential in many different ways. Then I started writing poetry and that eventually led to writing lyrics and just on and on. What artists do you look up to right now?
I listen to a plethora of different artist and genres so I don’t just have just a few but in the genre that I am mainly in I definitely look up to artist like Lil Wayne, Jay Z, Drake, Kendrick Lamar, Nelly, J Cole and many others. Overall I am inspired by anyone that is a creative doing something vibey and cool whether it’s music or otherwise.
You have a single out called Party time! How excited were you to get this project out into the world?!?
Very excited because I knew it was going to be my first release of the new year and the first single coming after my most successful single to date so I was definitely excited to see how it would do and if I could keep the momentum from the last one going and it definitely has.
Can you tell us what this song means to you?
It is just a song to let loose and have a good time. I just wanted to create a vibe that was nice to party it up to and just have fun.
Will there be a music video for your new single? If so can you spill any details about it?
As of right now it’s probably pretty unlikely given the current circumstances we got going on in the world right now. But there will be more coming down the line really soon so I’m gearing up for the next vibe to drop.
What other release plans do you have for 2020?
Definitely going to be releasing more singles this year with the next one coming pretty soon actually so the details will be making it their way out here in the really near future. Stay tuned for all of that!
What social media platform do you use most to stay connected to your supporters?
Mostly Instagram but I try to stay active all around as much as I can so I’ll talk to supporters wherever it is. But definitely follow the insta because that’s what I’m on most. Follow me @2fourworld
