Growing up being homeschooled allowed Emily the opportunity to explore and pursue her passions in creativity and afforded her such opportunities as learning 3 instruments, starting a small business at age 10, performing professionally at age 12, competing in and winning multiple talent competitions, speaking publicly, and studying opera all before graduating high-school. Emily has continued to chase her dreams, running full-speed through the doors God has opened for her. From performing at Carnegie Hall and Sydney Opera House to writing, recording, and producing original music in just the last 2 years, Emily is on track to leave a legacy that will not soon be forgotten.
“Alexander’s Ragtime Band” has stood the test of time and now, over 100 years later, relives its glory with an entertaining arrangement by Emily E. Finke in her newest release that combines the best of her rich mezzo-soprano voice and uniquely fun ragtime arrangement for 4 violins. The instrumental arrangement is performed by her sister, Ashley Finke, and engineered by Emily.
